Volunteer at Hill's Tree Farm in the Tree Shed

Are you still looking for volunteer hours?  We have a new option end of this year. Hill’s Tree Farm in Minburn has a couple options that you may be interested in.  Hill’s Tree Farm is a cut your own Christmas tree and open specific hours.

Decorating wreaths – this would be mostly mornings during the week so it will limit who can do this.  The wreaths are already made and need to be decorated and priced. Someone will be there helping and answering all questions.

• November 13, 14 15, 16, 17, 20, or 21 (8:30 am-12:30 pm)

Tree Shed- Working in the tree shed during sales. This would be the weekend after Thanksgiving and the first weekend in December. This is a great job!  You are inside when it may be cold! You are just taking payments for trees and wreaths (we do cash, check, credit and Venmo). You can do 4 hours shifts or the day.

Processing Trees-Working outside processing trees. This would be the weekend after Thanksgiving and the first weekend in December.  If it’s nice outside, this is great!  Dress warm! As people bring their trees up they have cut, you help by trimming branches, shaking and netting trees and helping customers load it in their vehicles. Don’t worry, you will get training on all of this!! You can do 4 hours shifts or the day.
